About Turinvest

The Stefanina Group first appeared in Cape Verde, more precisely in the island of Sal, in 1993 with the initial objective to build villas, but ended up constructing a three star hotel – The Djadsal Holiday Club – and the tour operator Cabo Verde Time. Since then, both Sal and many other Cape Verde islands have experienced a rapid increase in tourism. Considering the development rate of the country, after a prompt study of the market, today's major foreign private investor in Cape Verde decided to diversify its areas of interest. The Group began to invest in real estate, construction, industry, tranportation, imports and exports, and travelling. The core of the Stefanina Group is Turinvest Holding SA, which participates and administrates all the other companies. Stefanina Group, in Cape Verde, is composed by the following companies:

  • Turinvest Holding, SA → Administrates and participates as a share holder in the different companies
  • Turinvest Imobilia → Real estate
  • Cabo Verde Time → Tour Operator
  • Engeco → Construction company
  • Inteco → Industry and Technology of construction
  • Cabocem → Pozolan Cement industry
